The announced price includes the taxes and loads.
- An instalment of about 25% (credit transfer) is required to validate the reservation.
- The balance is to be paid, at the latest, 1 week before the arrival by credit transfer in euro.
On arrival, 2 deposit (by cash in euro) are required :
- 1000 € as a general guarantee,
- 100 € for the possible cleaning of end of stay by an external company
